Something new is coming…

Most of you know me for cycling — the mountains, the sunshine, the climbs, the retreats, the community. It’s been a huge part of my life and it always will be.

But over the past year, something powerful has been happening behind the scenes.

I’ve been training, studying, learning, and working with an incredible team of highly qualified women — experts in strength, conditioning, running, nutrition, recovery, mindset and women’s health.

And together, we’re creating something new.

This autumn, I’ll be expanding beyond cycling and launching female‑specific performance retreats in a beautiful new location here in Spain.

Retreats designed for women who want to feel stronger, move better, train smarter, and understand their bodies in a way traditional fitness never teaches.

Cycling will always be part of my story. But this next chapter is about women’s performance, confidence, longevity and strength — at every age.

Big news from Cycling in the Sun…

Over the past few years, we’ve loved welcoming women from all over the UK to our female‑only cycling retreats here in Spain. Those weeks of sunshine, strength, laughter and connection have shown us something powerful:

Women thrive when they train, recover, and grow together.

So this autumn, we’re expanding our knowledge, our coaching, and our team.

We’ve brought together a group of highly qualified women — experts in performance, strength, running, nutrition, recovery, mindset and women’s health — to create a new series of female‑specific retreats designed to support women in a variety of sports.

And yes… we’re moving to a beautiful new location.

September is a fabulous month to ride out here in Spain ☀️ 🚴 🚴‍♀️

It’s also a fantastic time to sunbathe and drink cocktails by the pool 🤪🥂

We have 4 single beds and 1 double bed available from Monday 14th to Monday 21st available.

£250 per person per week Bed and Breakfast. You will be sharing the property, outdoor space and pool with 4 other cyclists who will be doing the Gran Fondo Alberto Contador on Saturday 19th September 🚴 👌

Of course you do not have to be a cyclist to enjoy La Casa and the sunshine ☀️

A BIG FAT THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us this year 🤩🤗

Professionally it has been our best year to date 🎉 🥳🥂🍾 ironically whilst being our most challenging year health wise for Nigel 🥰🥰🥰

We remain in the hands of the fantastic Spanish medical professionals who are also battling to kill the Tropical disease which has taken a such a shine to Nigel’s body that still after 10 months of killer treatment it still will not die!!! 😵‍💫🫣🥹

We hope that January 2026 we will be able to say ´Good Riddance’ to the nasty little blighters and Nigel can get back to full health and fitness 💪🏼💪🏼
