When do we stop being an innocent child and become a stressful adult?
Sitting watching a child holding ‘Steve’ and having such fun, their imagination on overload, living for the minute, happy with now is a free and easy way to destress. But, this only happens when we remember to stop our thoughts for a moment and let our minds go quiet!
We often miss so much simple fun and ease in our lives by what is in our head playing over and over again!
So, take some time when you can to notice how children play and the little things that make them happy. They are such great teachers for us.

Have you any idea how precious you are?
Yes, YOU!
You are a gift to the world!

You are a unique individual, one of a kind. You have been given the gift of being human for an unknown period of time.

You were born with all the basic needs of life – love, enthusiasm, eagerness, forgiveness, joy, excitement, freedom, fun, trust, acceptance ………
They stay with you for the whole of your life, inside of you, always ready to be expressed in any one moment - Always present, waiting to be invited out into the open. They were never meant to be hidden away .

Close your eyes just for a moment. Let the information overload, our senses give us, be still for a while.
Breathe in, and again.
You can do it.
Breathe in and again.

Have you any idea how you are a gift?

From the day you were born you had the ability to change life itself, to mold it, shape it, nurture it, heal it.

Just one of your precious smiles can change the course of someone’s day.

Just a few of your gentle words can lift a person out of depression and into a meaningful existence.

Just one kind action from you can empower another to improve their life.

Just one small honest compliment can help a stranger to appreciate themselves a little more.

Just importing some of your knowledge can be a turning point in the life of a youngster.

Just one look into the eyes of a human being can help them feel worthy and loved and give them a reason for living.

You have the ability to alter anyone’s life and it all starts with you.

Give this gift to yourself as well. Show yourself compassion, love, friendship, the freedom to express. Spend time on YOU often, nourish yourself in all ways.

When you look after yourself, you have the strength and wisdom to be the gift to anyone you are near. You can radiate the qualities you were born with, don’t keep them hidden.

Breathe in deeply, often, reconnect with the inner you, the authentic you and remember the gift that you are. You can then help others on their journey of remembering the gift that they can be.
