We are rebranding…
My gym… LaMaison CrossFit is become EL BOX
Why did we decide to change the name?
EL BOX is what we all collectively refer to the box as, the box is the unit where we train and literally everyone calls it, The box… So we went with the obvious and most commonly used name by our members…
We added the FITNESS MARBELLA part to reflect what we do inside the box and we do more than just CrossFit…
Apart from CrossFit, What else do we do?
💜CHICAS SOLO or GIRLS ONLY 💜
- Strength & Toning class that when used with our nutrition plan is super effective for fatloss and follows the same programming as HUSTLE ‘N’ HEALTH.
🏋🏼♀️ WEIGHTLIFTING 🏋🏼♀️
- Classes designed around strength & technique for Olympic lifting movements like the Clean & Jerk & Sn**ch.
💛 HYROX 💛
- Hyrox is Fitness Racing… so popular right now that event spots sell out within hours of ticket release… Our Fun, metabolic classes are structured to help with the movements used in the race whilst getting the heart rate up and getting a good sweat on..
🧘♀️ YOGAFIT 🧘♀️
- A little faster paced than normal yoga, the movements help improve flexibility, mobility and reduce stress… great for a good stretch that doesn’t feel boring 😆
👧🏼 KIDFIT 👦🏼
- Functional fitness meets gymnastics and play… Our kids classes are dynamic, engaging and really good fun.. We have Teens and mini kids coming soon…
🏝 PERSONAL TRAINING 🏝
- Bespoke sessions for groups, couples or 1-2-1 to focus on specific goals and technique..
🍏 NUTRITION & WEIGHTLOSS PLANS 🍏
- Both Catherine and I are certified nutritionists we run regular nutrition challenges and offer individualised coaching to help our members exceed their goals.
