Did you know that you can visit one of Barcelona’s most impressive museums and access its rooftop terrace for just a couple of euros? 👀

📍 MNAC — Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya

Most people come here for the art.

But even if you’re not a museum lover, the building itself is worth the visit.

Massive halls, monumental staircases, a huge dome and some of the most beautiful interiors in Barcelona.

And then there’s the terrace.

From here you get one of the best panoramic views of the city: Plaça d’Espanya, the Magic Fountain, Montjuïc and all the way to the sea.

A hidden trick many visitors don’t know about — the basic ticket already gives access to the main halls and the terrace.

What happens when American burgers meet Japanese street food? 👀

This is not the place to come for a classic burger.

One of their most unusual creations is a burger inspired by ramen. Instead of a traditional beef patty, they use slow-cooked pork chashu prepared with soy sauce, ginger, sake and a touch of sweetness. Then it’s pressed, seared, topped with teriyaki sauce, cheese and pickles, and served in a burger bun.

Sounds strange.

Tastes surprisingly addictive.

But the real star for many people is the smash burger. The meat is pressed directly onto a scorching hot grill, creating a deeply caramelized crust and an intense flavor that’s completely different from a regular burger.

Add Japanese fried chicken, sake, natural wines and a small, almost hidden atmosphere, and you get one of the most interesting burger spots in Barcelona.

A quiet modernist gem in Eixample. Behind its elegant façade hides one of the most beautiful historic elevators in Barcelona.

A building that looks more like a medieval castle than an apartment house. Its six pointed towers make it one of the most recognizable landmarks on Diagonal.

One of the last great modernist buildings in Barcelona. The interior was inspired by the sea, with curved lines and flowing forms that feel almost alive.

The most surprising thing? These are ordinary residential entrances from the Modernisme era.

Anyone can step inside and briefly travel back in time.

Just remember to be respectful and keep your voice down — people still live and work here. And honestly, places like these don’t need loud reactions. The sense of wonder they create is usually a quiet one.

But one apartment inside Casa Milà is still occupied by a woman who has lived there since the 1980s under an old rental contract.

The Magic Fountain of Montjuïc is a spectacular combination of lights, music, and massive water shows right below the MNAC museum. Built for the 1929 International Exposition, it remains one of the city’s most iconic free attractions.

• Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• From 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM

🎶 Music & light shows:

🚇 How to get there:
• Metro: L1 or L3 to Espanya station

old vinyls, vintage furniture, cameras, books, strange antiques and completely random objects with unknown stories.

But people don’t come here only to shop.

They come for the atmosphere.

Noise, chaos, negotiations, hidden treasures and the feeling that every corner has its own story.

One of the most unusual places in Barcelona to simply walk around and observe the city.

⚠️ And it’s very important to keep an eye on your pockets and belongings — this market is unfortunately known for a high number of pickpocketing incidents.

“Enter at your own risk”… because leaving without buying anything is almost impossible 👀
