Marcus Rashford awaits 🇯🇸
He has indeed agreed to a reduced contract with "Barselona" (around 10 million euros), however the Catalan club has taken a pause in negotiations because it has more priority options:
✔️ Anthony Gordon has already become a player of "Barselona" and will now be the main substitute for Rafinha on the left flank.
🔠 Julian Alvarez is the main target of the Catalan club, but negotiations are currently stuck.
If the Argentine signs a contract, then most likely "Barselona" will give up on Marcus Rashford. If not, the Englishman could stay in the club and be options for three positions:
🟣 Compete with Torres for the striker position.
🟣 Substitute Lamine Yamal on the right flank.
🟣 Occasionally come out on the left.
And I am still pulling this strongly. Currently inside the club there is no single opinion regarding his future. Rashford had a good season, however not everyone in the management believes that he should be offered a full long-term contract..
For this same reason the story with Bernardo Silva has stalled, otherwise he could have been signed before the start of the World Cup. Everyone is in doubts, everyone is in expectations of Alvarez.
