BodyFit Bcn Michelle Prayle is from London and living in Barcelona for the last thirteen years.

Michelle Prayle, Founder of BodyFit Bcn, offers personal training and TRX courses and holds fun group classes, mainly by the beach, specializing in HIIT/LIIT, classes and PT also available on Zoom along with Core and Pelvic Floor strengthening courses. With over 16 years experience in Health and Fitness , studying with The YMCA in London and then going on to working in Clubs like Esporta and Fitne

ss First as a personal trainer and a group instructor, specialising in a variety of classes. Michelle offers tailored fitness & nutrition programes to all individuals both men and women on a 1-1 basis. Offering clients both indoor and outdoor fitness training, living in Barcelona you can really take full advantage of the weather. I want to help clients see through the myths and believe in the real facts to training and doing it safe and effectively, making realistic goals that are achievable, wither it is weight loss, muscle tone, cardio fitness or all three !

¨Being a mum of twins, I know exactly how hard it is find time, that is why I devise training programs that give you both a challenging workout in a realistic time frame, lets face it TIME can be the biggest obstacle for us Mums to face everyday ¨
