Nos dedicamos a enseñar y a preservar el arte de Shao-Lin Kung Fu de mas de 1500 años de antiguedad. Procedemos directamente del linaje del templo shao-lin fujian y practicamos todos los estilos del Kung Fu, incluyendo los estilos internos como Pa Kua, Hsing I, Tai Chi Chuan y estilos de animales como la mantis, el tigre, la grulla o la serpiente, además, las formas “borracho inmortal”, 18 armas c

lásicas, así como también, los estilos del sur y del norte de China. Con cienes formas de lucha, nos dedicamos con devoción a una vida de estudio y practica. Únete a nosotros en nuestra búsqueda de “la maestría a través del tiempo y el esfuerzo”. We are dedicated to teaching and preserving the 1500 year old art of Shao-Lin Kung Fu. We are under the direct lineage of the Shao-lin Fujian Temple, and practice all styles of kung fu, including internal styles such as Pa Kua, Hsing I, Tai Chi Chuan, all animal styles such as Mantis, Tiger, Crane, Snake, and 8 Drunken Immortals, 18 Classical Weapons, as well as Northern and Southern styles of Chinese kung fu. With hundreds of fighting forms we have devoted ourselves to a lifetime of study and practice.

Kung Fu uses 18 basic weapons such as the Bo staff, the different types of swords, Er Chie Kuen (also known as the nunchucks), the sais, the chainwhip and many others that appeared and developed over time .

There are 5 main styles of fighting in kung fu. They are based on the 5 original animals: the tiger, the leopard, the dragon, the snake and the crane. These styles develop different types of techniques and spirits in addition of them being related to different elements such as fire, water, earth, wood and metal.

Kung Fu Fact:

Existen 5 estilos principales de lucha en el Kung Fu. Se basan en los 5 animales primordiales, el Tigre, el Leopardo, el Dragon, la Serpiente y la Grulla. Estos estilos desarrollan diferentes tipos de técnicas y de espíritus además de estar relacionados con los diferentes elementos como el fuego, el agua, la tierra, la madera y el metal.
