HYROX Rotterdam 🏁
My latest HYROX journey in the books. Looking at that 1:33:33 on the clock, I’m reminded of how far the transition from the lifting platform to the race floor has taken me.

Coming from a bodybuilding background, the “engine” side of fitness was always the biggest challenge. Over the last few months, the focus shiftedless chasing the pump, more chasing the pace.
Every sled push, every rope pull, and every kilometer logged was a deposit into a new kind of strength.
Am I satisfied? I’m proud of the discipline it took to get here. The progress made in endurance and mental toughness is what really matters. We’re building something bigger than just a physique we’re building a machine.
Grateful for that pushed me and the energy in Rotterdam! The atmosphere was next level. 🔥😮‍💨
We’re not done here yet...
Fueled by making sure the recovery matches the effort.

الرياضي الحقيقي مش بيسأل نفسه كل يوم “هاكل صحي ولا لأ؟”.. هو خلاص خلى الأكل الصحي هو (الأصل)، واللخبطة هي (الاستثناء) اللي بيحتاج يخطط لها. 🧠🎯
استخدم انضباطك كـ “بنزين” في الأول لحد ما توصل لمرحلة إن النجاح بقى “عادة” مش محتاجة تفكير. 🚀✨
لو عايز تغير حياتك، ابدأ ابني نظامك من النهاردة.. الانضباط لوحده بيخلص، لكن النظام بيعيش لسنين! 👊💨
