2025 - A blank piece of paper and pure possibility ✨

Brewing some big plans for the next year - 2024 was a bit upside down in many ways, but wowsers probably more self growth for me than any other in history - and for that I am so grateful. I came out of the year with so many profound insights about myself, relationships and the world in general.

I don’t talk about it nearly enough (in real life or on socials) but in the next 12 months and beyond I’m going to be sharing a whole lot more about living life with a greater sense of freedom - something which I assert is available to anyone if that’s what you want to choose.

I’ll be posting helpful stuff both here and over on my personal page

Rain is just rain

Us brits are are strangely weather focused bunch aren’t we?! 🤣 we will often let what weather is doing affect how happy or sad or pi**ed me are. ‘Oh man it’s raining again….’

I’m currently in Barcelona doing some freelance work. It’s absoloutely heaving it down… everyone is saying - ‘YES!! It’s raining!’ - they welcome it.

Isn’t that interesting?

It really is just our perception of circumstances that determines how we feel about life. You get to choose!

Rain is just rain… it’s not inherently good or bad

The last 3 months have been quite something!

I haven’t posted anything anywhere about this - but I’ve been on quite the journey recently (and still am…)

Every week for the past 3 months I’ve been part of the incredible ’s mastermind program, and honestly I don’t even know how to put into words the experience I’ve had. The deepest work on myself I have ever done and have made some incredible life changing discoveries about not only about myself abut also the world in general.

I’ve realised that I’ve been resisting life on so many levels, and it’s negatively impacted me in some way in practically every area of my life. And you know who was responsible for that s**t? Me. And that’s not saying I’m to ‘blame’ - quite the opposite.

I’m moving towards a life of total love and acceptance for EVERYTHING - with the sole purpose of finding true FREEDOM for myself.

I wouldn’t say I’m by any means there yet, but it’s definitely in sight - I’m figuring it all out, still integrating all the incredible wisdom I’ve received, it’s slowly percolating. I feel different, it’s difficult to eloquate how, but I have a knowing that I’ve never had before - I’m a changed man and I’m starting to perceive the whole world differently, in the best possible way.

Off the back of this I’ll be reintroducing myself to the world as a coach (again!) to help others acheive same - so if you fancy learning more about my journey watch this space (and my personal page ) for more nuggets that will hopefully help you to navigate this crazy thing called life and find some FREEDOM for yourself.

I spent last Sunday in a beautifully sunny London with this beautiful bunch of freedom finders - all fellow PC masterminders - previously we’d only spoken in a zoom call, but meeting them all in person was like meeting old friends. Such beautiful conversations with people on the same journey as me! Love all you guys!

Last but not least - a MASSIVE shout out to the man himself PC, but also the three amigos .correll , honestly - I have no words to describe the impact all 4 of you have had on my life. Love you guys ❤️

On my way to lovely Leicester to meet some ‘s… got on the bus in Sheffield and was reminded of this song by Self Esteem - seemed apt that the bus that arrived to pick me up was a reminder of something that I need to work on myself. Everyone is a work in progress! Even us coaches 😉

What an amazing 5 days it’s been!

Feeling so honoured as well as eternally grateful to have spent much of this past week on my own little bubble and tour of the UK 😆

Blown away by so many things!

Meeting so many other wonderful members and coaches in ‘real life’ for the first time - you’re all incredible humans on a mission to either be the best version of yourselves or help others to do the same. Or both! To everyone I met in Manchester, Birmingham and London (I’ve tried to tag as many people as I remember - sorry if I missed you) it was wonderful to meet you all and share time with likeminded people 🥰 Keep on doing and being everything you are and can be in life. You’re all amazing!

Also an honour to meet Co founders of Genius and JSCS ! Thanks to you guys for being part of the mission and for everything you do behind the scenes.

But I can’t help but mention the man himself… Meeting (3 times - once on stage in front of 2000 people! 🤯) was in incredible experience - the show was thought provoking, emotional as well as funny. Your presence was absoloutely incredible. Thank you for everything you are everything you’ve done for me over the past 3 years!

Aaaah - I’m on cloud 9 ☺️I want to bottle this feeling and for it to never end! So many little synchronicities have happened over the last few days since being in this space - that ain’t no coincidence 🤩

FOCUS

I can’t tell you how big a revelation this lesson from has been for me!

For as long as I can remember I have struggled with distractions... today I have learned some AMAZING methods to help me and my future clients overcome this obstacle...

As so often is the case, it all comes back to self awareness - and making sure the task we are undertaking (or attempting to undertake!) is aligned with our goals and values, and by making sure the attraction is to something higher value and more important than the distraction. Sounds simple and obvious... but how many of us consciously do this?!

Another great little hack I learned is having 'distraction to-do list' and having defined 'distraction breaks' set on a timer - almost like a little reward for good behaviour! 😂 Starting every 10 mins, take 2 minutes to do a quick task on your distraction list - BUT you have to be disciplined - NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES!!. Then over time, extend the 10 minute period to 20, 30, 40 minutes and so on until you find your sweet spot.

I've literally started doing this today and already finding my productivity has increased. This also has the added benefit of refocussing your brain, so when you do come back to your focussed work, you'll be able to crack on nicely with it. Love it!
