Beyond the submissions and the technicality, there is a human story. Today we continue "Humans of 10th Planet" with Milena Rachkovskaite.

For Milena, a commercial model and communications student, Jiu-Jitsu is a lesson in navigating discomfort. Embracing the journey as a proud white belt, the mats teach her how to stay calm and find her way out of tough situations. 10th Planet Barcelona became the space where she found a true sense of belonging and a supportive community.
