MuayThai Street Workout - MTSW

MuayThai Street Workout - MTSW MTSW is a complete body weight exercise in combination with Thai- and Kickboxing elements. Hey everyone!!! The sessions will build on each other.

MTSW is a mix between calisthenics and Muay Thai self-defense techniques. The class offers the opportunity to:
· get or stay fit in a dynamic and fun way
· learn one of the most effectives martial arts
· learn how to handle difficult or aggressive situations in the streets
· AND spend time OUTDOORS. We will start by focusing on fitness to develop strong and flexible

muscles to do all the martial arts techniques correctly. This is an all-levels class, from beginner to advanced, so no prior experience is necessary. Let me know if you have experience with Kickboxing, Muay Thai, K1, etc. so I can also make sure that you also get the most of the class. In each session we will work on:
Warm-up
Body weight exercises & endurance
Technique training
Partner training
Stretching

Parque de la Barceloneta next to Torre de Les Aigües


Time:
The first session will be in the evening, at 07:00pm. Afterwards, we will figure out what time works for the most people, depending on interest. Every session will be (60- 90min) and I will offer 2 sessions per week. Prices
The first training session will be free for everyone! Afterwards it’s €10 per person per session. The group will be limited to max. 15 people.
