At Ignite, as many of you know, our primary focus is individual personal training. However, three times a week our coaches bring their expertise into our small-group fitness classes.
Over the past few months, Max’s Full Body Fitness class has quietly built a loyal group of regulars, with clients returning week after week. It’s a testament to the foundations Max has created—progressive programming, strength-focused training, and sessions that are challenging, fast-paced, and carefully structured to deliver real results.
Of course, it would be unfair not to mention that the hard techno playlist has also become a bit of an attraction in its own right. 🎧💪
Great coaching, consistent progress, and a great atmosphere. That’s what keeps people coming back.
