Last day we played Padel🤩. For the ones who don't know what it is, it is basically like Tennis but on a smaller court and with a hard and smaller racket. I have to say it was good fun!

Luckily we had a late check out so I was able to do one more visit to the gym💪🏻.

Doing legpresses with 115kg again, woop, woop. Haven't done legpresses in yearsssss, so I am so happy about my muscle memory💪🏻.

So Yesterday was my 32nd Birthday and unfortunately I did not reach my goals in time. So instead of giving up I have booked us to a Sports hotel so that we can only workout, eat, rest and repeat💪🏻🤩. I am not worried, working towards Rebecca 2.0 takes a lot of work but it will happen.

I am doing it💪🏻🤩!

32 days left of the kicking my Curves to the Curbes birthday Challenge!

Yesterday I wanted to try out something new!

So I did this circuit from Vshred as I really dislike doing cardio on my own(my favorite cardio is Dancing, Boxing and Running, but preferable in a class teaching or group😁). And this combined my strenght exercises with keeping my heart rate up to give you that 'cardio'.

It was really good. But 4 sets will not happen, I am still a mom and need to do a million things after that workout😂. So I did 3 sets of 10 exercises with no break.

I haven't worked out for 2 days😱. To be very honest, my big excuse was that I was tired and just wanted to go to bed to recharge. Which I did! So this evenings workout was Back and Biceps💪🏻 and it went great thankfully🤩💪🏻.

39 days left of the kicking my Curves to the Curbes birthday Challenge!

I had inspired my friend from sportsacademy to pick up the weights again! She is also a mom like me, so that makes me even more happy, that I helped motivate her❤️.

That was definitely the highlight of the day. I love to inspire and bring people over to the healthy side of life. Nothing makes me more happy than happy, healthy people🤩.

Today was leg and shoulder day! My love hate training😝.

A little update yesterday I did not train otherwise I would have gone to bed around 03.00 or maybe even 04.00. It was just to much yesterday. But no worries as today I gave it a 110% procent!

Also I forgot to messure myself, butttttt I did lose 700 grams last week woop, woop! Celebrating the small changes.

41 days left of the kicking my Curves to the Curbes birthday Challenge!

Today no training, only quality time with Mr. Bodyhittrainer and Netflix & Cheat.

As a cheat meal, I made grilled cheese sandwiches(which we Dutchies call 'Tostie') out of the oven(gluten free and lactose free)with tomato and onions.

Like sleep, resting is also very important should you want to make physical changes💪🏻 Because when you rest your muscles recover.

42 days left of the kicking my Curves to the Curbes birthday Challenge!

Yes another good day, full of energy and finishing my workout. It is so important to celebrate and appreciate every good day you had, always.

Because being a new time parent is tuff and if it just you and your husband like me, you can just forget about ME time, let alone together time. If you are choosing for ME time something or someone will suffer. I feel very blessed that I have someone with me that understands and supports me and my decisions. That is another thing that I learned that is so important. Support!
You will come further in life when you have support from your loved ones, so don't forget to tell them how much you love and appreciate them, but also to make time for them even when there isn't any time left💪🏻.

Don't forget to get comfortable with beign uncomfortable💪🏻🤩.

43 days left of the kicking my Curves to the Curbes birthday Challenge!

In bed before 23.00🥳 that is a BIG WIN for me!

Today was a chest and triceps day again. To be honest one of my favourite trainings days. Baby was in bed on time, had loads of energy even though I only had 6 hours of sleep🥴.

During the workout, it went amazing starting to feel strong again, overall a good day today💪🏻

Today I was definitely comfortable with getting uncomfortable🤩💪🏻
