Part 2/3 🌞 Please let us know in the comments if you would want to see us post a more in-depth version of our story. We realised while making this post that summarising how we got here in a couple of short slides was… difficult. 🙃

What started as a leap of faith quickly turned into a crash course in running a dive center (literally— the boat engine broke on day 1 🥲).

We’ve come a long way since those early days. Thousands of dives and lessons later, we’ve built something we’re proud of. Thanks to all of you who keep showing up. 💙

Look what we found today! 🌊 This beautiful sea urchin skeleton. Just nature out here showing off some of its best work. 🤓

Did you know? ⤵️

— Sea urchins have no brain, just a nerve ring.

— Their skeletons are made of calcium carbonate, giving them this intricate and delicate look. They are super light and brittle.

Gooood morning! Het was zo leuk om iedereen gisteren te zien op Duikvaker! Vandaag is alweer de laatste dag. Wie komt nog gezellig langs?🤩

True story: vorig jaar kwamen we een dag eerder aan op de beurs, waar we zenuwachtig onze stand in elkaar zetten. Nog nooit eerder hadden we deelgenomen aan een beurs dus we hadden geen idee wat te verwachten. Daar stonden we dan, vol spanning de eerste ochtend van Duikvaker. 😮‍💨

Na een paar minuten werden we er zoals altijd aan herinnerd dat de beste mensen duikers zijn. Duh! De mensen die we hier hebben ontmoet, en natuurlijk our dear Dutchies & Belgians die we door de jaren heen hebben ontmoet, zijn de reden dat we volgende maand terug zijn! 🤩
