Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do, Korean Karate. Suitable for all ages and abilities covering aspects of Karate and Self Defence.

Whether you need an output for your stress, or to build your fitness, self esteem, stamina we are here to help.

Classes are structured around YOUR needs and health to include all ages from 4yrs. Master Colin Baldantoni is a registered and approved International instructor with many years experience teaching local, regional, national and international champions.
