Mery pensaba que era el control, la exigencia, el querer llegar más lejos…

Lo que más le cuesta soltar es parar.
Decir: hoy no puedo.

Es permitirte no hacerlo.

Saying: today I can’t.
Listening to what hurts… and respecting it.

👉Beyoga no nació desde un plan perfecto.

Nació desde momentos de duda, de sentirnos un poco perdidas, de preguntarnos si estábamos en el lugar correcto. De querer parar. De necesitar algo más.

Cada una venía de una vida distinta, pero con una sensación muy parecida: que necesitábamos construir algo que tuviera sentido de verdad.

Y así empezó todo. Sin certezas. Sin garantías. Pero con una intuición muy fuerte que no podíamos ignorar.

Emprender siendo mujeres, para nosotras, no ha sido fácil. Sostenernos en los días buenos… y sobre todo en los que no lo son tanto. Confiar, incluso cuando da miedo.

Beyoga es eso. No es perfecto. No lo somos nosotras tampoco. Pero es real. Y está hecho desde un lugar muy honesto.

Si ya nos conoces, gracias por estar ahí y por formar parte de esto. Y si no… aquí estamos.

👉 Beyoga wasn’t born from a perfect plan.

It was born from moments of doubt, from feeling a little lost, from questioning whether we were in the right place. From wanting to pause. From needing something more.

Each of us came from a different life, but with a very similar feeling: that we needed to build something that truly made sense.

And that’s how it all started. With no certainties. No guarantees. But with a very strong intuition we couldn’t ignore.

Being women and building something of our own hasn’t been easy for us. Holding ourselves through the good days… and especially through the ones that aren’t. Trusting, even when it’s scary.

That’s what Beyoga is. It’s not perfect. Neither are we. But it’s real. And it’s built from a very honest place.
