If you found this — you’re probably exactly where I was a few years ago.
Loving tennis more than you can explain.
But life kept putting it last.
I’m Eva.
I’ve spent 20 years coaching women around the world.
Then life asked me to stop.
My third son Noah was born with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy)— and I had to rebuild everything.
Tennis didn’t leave me.
It taught me the only thing that mattered:
You don’t control every ball.
But you always control your return.
This space is for the woman who loves this sport
and is ready to use it for something bigger.
Better tennis.
Real connection.
And a community of women who get it.
If that’s you — you’re welcome here.
Always.
Follow along.
Play your game. Own your life.

“Sunday Reminder.
Emma Raducanu lost in the final at Queens today.
In front of her whole country.
56 years since a British woman had been there.
And the first set told her to go home.
She didn’t.
She lost the first set 6-0.
For any tennis player, that’s tough.
For any person, it’s a reminder of something we all experience:

Days when nothing works.
Days when you doubt yourself.
Days when you feel completely outplayed by life.

In tennis — like in life —
the first set is not the match.
The first chapter is not the story.
The first no is not the answer.
You don’t control how it starts.
You control whether you come back out.

So here’s your Sunday reminder:

One bad set doesn’t define a match.
One bad day doesn’t define a week.
One mistake doesn’t define who you are.

Keep showing up.
Your story is always bigger than your worst moment.

“Don’t judge your whole life from one bad day.”

Happy Sunday!

————————————-

No controlas cĂłmo empieza.

Feliz domingo!

Some of the best things in my life happened when I stopped asking:

“What if it goes wrong?”

And started asking:

“What if it goes right?”

What if you enjoy it?

What if you improve?

What if you surprise yourself?

What if this is the year you finally do the thing you’ve been thinking about for years?

Sometimes the biggest change starts with a better question.

What’s one thing you’ve been wanting to do, but fear has been holding you back from?

Y empecé a preguntarme:

Most players do exactly the same mini tennis warm-up every single day.

If you are lacking of new ideas, here are 3 simple ways to make mini tennis more fun, more competitive, and more effective.

My favorite is still the Elephant Game 🐘

Which one would you choose?

Everyone talks about the hustle.
Nobody talks about this:

The quiet moments.
The moments between the training sessions.
The moments when nobody is watching.
The moments when you’re not winning.
The moments when you are not a mum, a wife, a coach.
The moments when it’s just YOU again.

I use these moments to stop, to talk nicely to myself, to build up my confidence, even when I’ve had a very tough day.

People think confidence comes from success.
It doesn’t.

Confidence comes from talking nicely to yourself, on days you don’t.

The strongest people aren’t always the loudest.

Sometimes they’re just the ones who keep going. Who promise to theirselves that everything is going to be ok.

In the next session.
In the next practice.
One day at a time.

What’s one promise you’ve kept to yourself recently?

————————————————
