❓❓Why do we practice floating in every lesson?

It's an emergency life skill. Floating equips us with the ability to roll to our backs and stay at the water's surface, which places us in an ideal position to breathe. Floating also helps the swimmer to conserve energy when in difficulty, which reduces the chances of drowning from physical fatigue. 🏊‍♀️
