Horse Stance, an understated powerful stance.

Your thighs should be at 90 degree right angles to the ground, and your body should be upright! It's a toughy at first, but with a little practice you will slowly get lower and lower, so that eventually your thighs will get parallel to the ground.

Horse stance gives you strength, stamina and flexibility.
