Don’t forget tomorrow starts the new Facebook rule where they can use your photo Don't forget Deadline tomorrow !!! Everything you've ever posted becomes public from tomorrow. Even messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed. It costs nothing for a simple copy and paste, better safe than sorry. Channel 13 News talked about the change in Facebook's privacy policy. I ignored this post earlier, but It WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years.
Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed.
Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Therefore,
Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go your page, start a new post and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click paste.
This will bypass the systemn

I know it's been a couple of weeks since our day out in the Pyrenees but only just got on line after a long trek to the UK.
Here's some pics from before and after competing in the Quebrantahuesos 200 km 3580meters climbing including the famous Col du Marie Blanc.
Best news.... No Cramp this year 'yay' 😃😃
And.. I took first 🥇place in my age group by 26 minutes with a time of 7:06. I was also really pleased with an overall placing of 13th woman in all age groups.
Again a massive thanks to Joy for feeding us all the right stuff and generally taking good care of us.😇

UCI Gran Fondo Golfe de gassin saint tropez.
163km.... 2900m elevation.
Time: 5:45 ..... Avg speed: 28.3kph
2nd place age group, 15th overall woman. Qualify me for UCI Worlds in Italy later this year.😃
A bit of a delay posting my results but there was an issue with placings after a rider thought to be winner on computer chip in fact did shorter race. (That's why there is only two of us on podium pics) So I can now confirm I finished second place to a German woman by about 30 seconds.
Very happy with this in extremely windy conditions (100kph gusts) and solo.

🚴🏻🚴🏻🚴🏻🚴🏻🚴🏻💨💨💨💨💨 Another year, another great week riding with Adare cycling club from Ireland.
Again it was a pleasure guiding them and as always enjoyed their great company.
All riders achieved their own personal goals, be it conquering their fears of descending cresting the Cabezo de la Plata or the rebate climbs and at times tested with some very strong winds, especially on the last day so kudos to you all.🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇
