NEW RIDER FOR BMW EASYRACE TEAM! 🇦🇺🏁

We are very pleased to announce the arrival of Lachlan Epis, a 26-year-old Australian rider who joins the BMW EasyRace Team to compete in the Stock 1000 class of the ESBK, riding our BMW M 1000 RR on Dunlop tyres. 🔥

Lachlan brings extensive international experience, having competed in some of the most important championships in the world:

🏆 2014 – Australian Junior Moto3 & 150cc Champion
🥉 2015 – 3rd overall, FIM CEV European SuperStock 600
🌍 2016–2018 & 2020 – World Supersport 600, best result: 10th
🏁 2021 – WorldSBK, best result: 16th
🇦🇺 2019, 2021–2022 – Australian Superbikes, best result: 4th
🌏 2023–2026 – Asian Superbike Championship, best result: 3rd

Now, Lachlan begins a new chapter in his career with BMW EasyRace Team, with the goal of adapting quickly to the BMW M 1000 RR and fighting at the front of the Stock 1000 class.

📍 His debut with the team will take place on 12–13 September at Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, where he will make his first appearance in BMW EasyRace colours.

Lachlan Epis : “ I’m pretty keen to get stuck in with the BMW EasyRace team next week in Valencia. It’s been a few years since I’ve raced in Europe even though I live in Andorra and over a decade since I last visited Valencia so will be really nice to go back with the support of a team that’s already doing really well in the championship. I’m lucky that I already race a BMW on Dunlop tyres in the Asian Series so hopefully the adaption across will be smooth and we can hunt for good results straight off the bat.”

No, no es la repetición de la carrera… 👀

📊 Es la telemetría. Cada frenada, cada aceleración, cada trazada y cada cambio de marcha quedan registrados para analizar hasta el más mínimo detalle.

Ivo Lopes y Mauro González, junto al equipo técnico, revisan los datos para seguir mejorando vuelta tras vuelta. Porque en competición, las diferencias se miden en milésimas y el trabajo dentro del box es tan importante como el que se hace en pista.

No… it’s not a race replay. 👀

📊 It’s the telemetry. Every braking point, every acceleration, every racing line and every gear change is recorded and analysed to find every possible improvement.

Ivo Lopes and Mauro González, together with the technical crew, study the data to keep improving lap after lap. Because in racing, success is measured in thousandths of a second, and the work inside the garage is just as important as what happens on track.

🇪🇸 ESBK MotorLand Aragón | Superstock 1000 | Mauro González | Race 1 P1 | Race 2 P1 🏆🏆

Fin de semana perfecto para el piloto toledano Mauro González en MotorLand Aragón, consiguiendo la victoria en las dos carreras de Superstock 1000. Un doble triunfo que le permite sumar el máximo de puntos y seguir plenamente en la lucha por el campeonato.

🗣️ Mauro González:

“Ha sido una carrera muy buena. Iba liderando la categoría de Stock1000, pero tuve un punto mu**to en la curva uno y perdí la primera posición. Estoy un poquito resentido porque estaba luchando por hacer el podio de Superbike, pero estamos dando muy buenos progresos carrera a carrera y espero de aquí a final de temporada terminar de dar este pasito para terminar en el podio de la general con ellos.

Quiero agradecer al equipo el gran trabajo del fin de semana. En estas condiciones de tanto calor ha sido duro y hemos hecho un gran trabajo para sumar buenos puntos y seguir en la lucha.”

A perfect weekend for Toledo rider Mauro González at MotorLand Aragón, taking victory in both Stock 1000 races. A flawless weekend that brings maximum championship points and keeps him firmly in the title fight.

🗣️ Mauro González:

“It was a very good race. I was leading the Stock 1000 class, but I hit a false neutral in Turn 1 and lost first position. I’m a little disappointed because I was fighting for the overall Superbike podium, but we’re making great progress race after race. I hope that before the end of the season we can take that final step and fight for the overall podium.

I’d like to thank the team for their fantastic work throughout the weekend. Racing in these extremely hot conditions was tough, but together we did a great job to score valuable points and stay in the championship fight.”

Gran fin de semana para Yeray Saiz en su debut con el BMW EasyRace Team. Tras finalizar cuarto en la primera carrera, el piloto logró su objetivo subiéndose al podio de Superstock 1000 con una magnífica tercera posición en la segunda carrera.

“Muy contento con el trabajo del fin de semana. Hemos dado pasos sólidos en todo momento y hemos acabado cumpliendo el objetivo del podio.

He pasado momentos muy duros estos últimos años y esto va por toda la gente que no ha dejado de creer en mí: mi familia, mis amigos y todo el equipo de Gaman Racing.

A fantastic weekend for Yeray Saiz on his debut with the BMW EasyRace Team. After finishing fourth in Race 1, he achieved his goal by claiming third place in the Stock 1000 class in Race 2 and securing his first podium with the team.

🇪🇸 ESBK MotorLand Aragón | Superbike | Ivo Lopes | Race 1 P3 | Race 2 P2 🥈

Gran fin de semana para Ivo Lopes en MotorLand Aragón, consiguiendo un tercer puesto en la primera carrera y una segunda posición en la segunda, sumando un importante botín de puntos para mantenerse en la lucha por el Campeonato de Superbike.

🗣️ Ivo Lopes:

“Después de ayer sabíamos más o menos lo que teníamos que hacer, y así ha sido. Hemos hecho unos cambios solucionando el problema de ayer y nos ha ido bien. La salida de hoy fue buena, intenté seguir todo lo que pude a Steven, que tenía un ritmo impresionante. Nos ha quedado un poco al final, pero en pista he ido al 110% y estoy contento con el segundo puesto porque ha sido una muy buena carrera.

Quiero agradecer al equipo y a los patrocinadores el apoyo y el trabajo de este fin de semana, en especial a BMW Dos Rodes Motorrad , que nos han acompañado.”

“After yesterday, we more or less knew what we had to do, and that’s exactly how it went. We made some changes that solved yesterday’s issue, and everything worked well. I had a good start and tried to stay with Steven for as long as possible because his pace was incredible. In the end, we were just a little short, but I gave 110% on track and I’m happy with second place because it was a really good race.

I’d like to thank the team and all our sponsors for their support and hard work throughout the weekend, especially BMW Dos Rodes for being with us.”
