It's finally happening ..... After weeks of planning, our Benidorm Outdoor Circuit Training class is ready to go.
Next Friday April 5th at 12.00h in the park next to the Levante Hospital known as Parque Derramador.
It's a perfect place for training, mostly on grass, so it's softer on knees and joints.
Circuit Training is ideal for everyone .... beginner or experienced, as you work at your own pace and fitness level.
No competition or trying to keep up with others .... just you pushing yourself as hard as you can.
So, if you're looking to shed a few kilos and tone up for summer .....you're in safe hands.
The cost is 5€ per session paid on the day, so just turn up next Friday at 12.00h, wear comfortable trainers and clothes, bring a towel and water ...... there's plenty of free parking close by in Avda Derramador if you're driving.
