https://linktr.ee/natyoga Her classes are very consistent and are based on her own personal practice experience.

Natalija's passion for yoga and consistent daily yoga practice since 2007 make her a humble and thoroughly authentic yoga practitioner and instructor, her teaching style is natural and pure, without a sign of aerobics or dance moves. Natalija's classes are nourishing, strong, precise, and accessible. She combines the benefits of powerful yoga, anatomical precision and mindfulness to help you feel

strong, energized, balanced and grounded. Each session brings depth and clarity by incorporating Yin & Yang elements to create a safe and calm environment. She will take you to new places in your practice that you know you can reach with the right mix of sweet encouragement and tenacity. Although the practice might be physically demanding, the aim of each lesson is to move beyond the asana practice and to connect a little bit deeper with your own essence, to find true harmony deep within. Natalija lives and works in Zurich and Mallorca. She knows how easy it is to get carried away by the busyness and noise of everyday life because she is an entrepreneur in artist management and photo productions since 2007 (Visualeyes, Zurich), mama of Romeo since 2011, and a yoga instructor in the midst of this hectic and demanding life. It’s this which formed her mission: To inspire and support others to consciously master daily challenges and navigate through life with yoga as a tool to explore the more subtle realms of our being, to soften from the inside out while still maintaining focus and direction on one's life mission, and if this hasn't been clear yet, to find it. Natalija spent most of her years studying with her primary teachers Michael Hamilton (Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga) and Stephen Thomas (Hatha Yoga and Pranayama). She has further trained with Josh Summers (Yin Yoga), Mark Stephens (Yoga Therapy), Doug Keller (Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Therapy), Sudhir Rishi (Pranayama and Yoga Philosophy), Yoga Medicine (Traditional Chinese Medicine Yoga Training and Myofascial Release Training) and studied with Sri Dharma Mittra, Richard Freeman, Mark Robberds, Deepika Mehta and Laruga Glaser who have all inspired and influenced her teaching style. Till today she feels supremely connected to her first teacher in India “Vinod Bhaskaran Sreedevi”, who lit the fire Natalija has for this practice, and to whom she feels deep gratitude each day she steps on her mat.

Sthira Sukham Asanam. The posture should be steady and comfortable. - Patanjali, Yoga Sutra

I cued a pose in class today, and as everyone landed in it, I observed how they did so much more than what was asked for.

Eyes wandering around the room. Shoulders climbing toward the ears. Jaws tight. Toes gripping the mat as if it was going somewhere.

None of it was part of the pose. But part of the nervous system, deeper layers. Showing in simple tasks.

The same happens in our lives
👉🏼 We get distracted. We focus on too many things at once. We hold on to an old idea, gripping something that is no longer ours to hold. Or we worry about the future in advance, fearing something that will never even come.

❤️‍🔥 That’s why yoga asana is so powerful. It teaches us - well - about us.

And when I reflected it back, everyone noticed. Everyone softened. Everyone exhaled a little deeper. Landed. Properly. The message had arrived.

I’m not a yogi.

Here’s some food for thought, and an invitation to everyone who doesn’t know where to begin. Who believes they are too stiff, too old, too inflexible, too whatever -

DROP IT. NOW.

There’s a yoga teacher and a yoga practice for every single body. Beginner, advanced, recovering, returning. STARTING.

The shape of your yog-asana is not a reflection what’s on the inside. We are not here to perform shapes. We are here to touch the inside.

What are you on the inside? What are you feeling? Is anything missing? This is enough reason to dive right in.

Any thoughts on this? 👇🧘🏻‍♀️

15 years ago, I became a mother to this beautiful boy, my Romeo.

I could have never imagined how deeply this role would shape me.

This little boy, who once fit into my arms, now stands almost 10 cm taller than me. My greatest teacher. My heart. The one who brought so much joy, meaning and love into my life.

Motherhood has taught me more than I could have ever imagined - about patience, unconditional love, letting go, trust, and especially about myself.

Romeo, you have made me a better human being in more ways than I can count. And somehow, you continue to teach me every single day - how to love deeper, grow softer, become stronger, and be better.

Forever grateful that I get to walk through this life with you by my side.

I love you my little Romeito 🩵

Today I read this - written by and it has touched me so much:

Our first teacher is our Mother...
Our first mantra her heartbeat.
Our first path is the path of love begun in the long nine month retreat when you were immersed in fluid movement and breath.
She is alive in our cells and flows through our blood.
She is still breathing, loving and guiding us back home.

Love to all our mothers ♥️

She came thinking yoga was about the body.
Most of us do.

But if we stay, the work begins to do something else. The jaw lets go. We stop rehearsing 3am conversations. We give ourselves permission to feel and rest, without guilt.

Years of practice and teaching brought me here - to the work that actually creates lasting shifts.

I call it T.R.I.
Tending
Retreating
Integration.

Because the goal is not to feel calm for an hour on the mat, or 2 weeks after the retreat.

The goal is for that calm to follow you home, into your life, long-term.

On June 17, I am opening 5 places in the Deep Integration Program.

Twelve weeks of live guided practice, videos, breathwork, mentorship, coaching, integration work, and personalised practices - all designed to support a deep shift that lasts.

If something in you softened reading this, send me a DM with the word „integreation“ and I will tell you everything.

What is your body asking you to release - that you keep pushing through?

New yoga home 🌿 Yoga del Mar – Portixol
The cutest studio right by the sea 🥰 (yes, I’m totally IN LOVE)

This Wednesday 18:30 – Yoga Nidra (Level 2)
A one-time session this week - not just relaxation, but a doorway into deeper layers of consciousness, where we can release stored emotions and reconnect with a more subtle awareness within. Guiding the prana through stillness - where energy begins to reorganize and settle.

Saturday 09:00 – Hatha Flow (All Levels)
A practice where you can meet yourself exactly where you are - with options to soften or go deeper.

Will I see you there ? ✨

Ceremonial cacao doesn’t need a ceremony.

I drank my first cup in a kitchen. Half an hour before the airport. After a fight with my son. No music, no circle, no ritual. Just anger and a broken heart 💔

And it cracked me open anyway.
Not into peace as you might think, but into honesty. My heart expanded. The tears came - the kind that feel like relief 🥹

These days I prepare it slowly and intentionally, out of deep respect to this plant, because it has guided me through more struggles and hard questions than I can count.

If you’ve been curious but resistant - I get you. But you might want to give it a try anyways and see what happens.

Do you also find cacao rituals often too woo-woo?

These are my favorite preps for Ustrasana (Camel Pose) 🐪 👉🏼 save for your next yoga sequence

I fell in love with this pose when I began working towards Kapotasana in Ashtanga Yoga Second Series - that’s when I truly started honoring all the preparation behind it and felt its value.

I love this pose… do you?!

Let’s practice together on my next available retreat:
🏝️ Mallorca - Nov. 2-7

Daily deep dive into asana, kriyas, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, yin, chanting and cacao. If you’re seeking depth and authenticity- this is it.

Your mouth. Your skin. Your nervous system. Your energy. This little ritual touches all of it 💯

🥰 I’ve decided to make this page truly useful for you - with real talk and insights, real practices, real things from my life that actually worked for me, and might also work for you 🙌🏼

This is one of them. Fun fact 👉🏼 all participants of last year’s May retreat received a scraper and oil as a welcome gift 😆 when I’m serious about something I’m serious about something 🙌🏼

I’ve been doing this morning ritual for years. It’s one of those quiet practices that just makes me feel good - on so many levels.

It can easily be incorporated into your existing routine. It costs almost nothing. And once you start, you will feel the shift.

→ Swipe to see exactly how I do it.
