Hello everyone,

This is a message for everyone who wants to practise yoga in the south. I offer yoga meet ups where we come together to practise yoga at playa del duque. Weather you are new to yoga, you are on vacation or resident. Everyone is welcome. It will be in mainly in English but also Spanish and German.

Holding space means to create a space for everyone who needs to release. It means to be there for your souls mates.

Holding space for people means you open up, you show yourself vulnerable, you are there to share and to show that it's okay to share.

Holding space means not to judge on anything or anybody. You create a sacered space to release fears, to find love within yourself and to be your truth. To speak your truth.

Holding space means not to take anything personal, even if you feel something is triggering you. It's not about you. It's about the unconditional and pure honest love you are and you can give towards other.

Holding space is actually the space where other can step into and feel pretected, seen, heared, loved and safe.

Holding space mean to accept and to allow what ever comes up. To not force anything and just be present with your loving hands wide open to clean what ever needs to be cleaned.

Holding space is a sacered space between you and me. Between you and your beloved ones, Between your beloved one and everything around.

Holding space is the most powerful act of love you can give. It can start just by listenting, sharing and spending time together.

Rituals,

Do you have any rituals? Does the word itself sound sacered to you?

Ritual are made by us and for us. You create situations for youself to feel comfortable or others create them for you.

Rituals are manifastions. A manifastation of what is needed by you and by the community.

This can be anything, A Ritual can be energizing, loving, detoxifying, cleaning. It can be destroying, it can be opening, it can be seen or unseeen to the know or the the unknown. A ritual can be forgiving, praying, sad, heartbreatking, making peace, paying gratitude towards all beeings. A Ritual can be anything. What is your ritual?
Do you have some? Maybe once a year? Once a month or even daily?

Strong warriors.

You think yoga is only for women? Actually in the past in India only men where allowed to practise yoga. Did you know that?

But since many decades people realise that bodies are bodies and it doesn't matter which gender you are, your body will benefit from yoga for sure.

So what holds you back from trying to integrate more yoga into your life?
