Safely back across Europe.

Didn’t send an email or talk to the camera much as I had planned but it’s nice to let the hair down,

And I’ve been wrecked from traveling too so happy to have some downtime and less work focus for a few days,

Normal client work resumed today and I had 7 calls so don’t have much more than a photo dump in the tank,

But normal posting and emails will resume soon, had some insights on my trip that I can’t wait to share 😎

And I’m itching to get back to routine and start driving my clients businesses and my own business forward

Q1 went past scarily fast 💨

Anyone else feel like January was a couple of weeks ago?

It’s been a beautiful time in the sun and escaping city life but I’ve been missing the buzz and community of like minds that you can get living in the city,

I’m wired for connection and I’ve been feeling a bit isolated after escaping the winter

It’s been good for my physical health and has helped me to understand myself a lot better,

I’ve learned A LOT also and upgraded my skill sets in many areas,

Mostly business related, Ads, AI, funnels, marketing

But I must be honest..

I’m looking forward to getting back to some chaos and community in Q2

It’s always a good time to do some reflection and see what needs to change,

Make sure to take some time and reassess 🫡

P.S. Reminder.. if you are no closer to your 2026 goals than you were 90 days ago, it’s time to get help. Things are moving too fast and you can’t afford to wait much longer

Back in 2019 I had knee surgery..

I had about €10k to my name total and was just about to go through a career change,

It happened suddenly while at a boxing session and twisting my knee.

In a split second I went from fully functional to unable to walk.

I had a lot of pain,

I lost €2k on a Muay Thai trip, accomodation and flights to Thailand,

All prepaid..

And I had no insurance..

The Public waiting list was 18 months and I couldn’t walk, drive or work.

The operation cost me €4k out of my own pocket in a private hospital plus MRIs and follow up physio sessions,

I lost about 50% of my net worth overnight,

Even though I had just lost €2k on my Thailand trip (no insurance again here) I didn’t bat an eye.

I just paid to solve the problem.

It was a 4-Figure Problem.

And the surgeon had a 4-Figure Offer.

So I paid him €4k

Now let's be real.

You know you should be charging more.

But the thought of doubling or tripling your prices may scare you when you don’t know where your next sale is coming from and you struggle to sell at your current price.

But every coach, creator and consultant should have a 4-Figure Offer,

For profit margin, quality of clients, positioning, price anchoring and a whole host of other reasons.

If you don't have an offer you can confidently sell for €1 - €2k each week..

Ask yourself why?

Building a personal brand won't get you more clients 🔑

Here's the truth,

You already have a personal brand,

If you only have a profile picture and your name on social media you have a personal brand.

Even if you have 1000 followers or 10,000 it doesn't really mean anything if you don't have an ability to influence and inspire emotion, belief and action.

Personal Brands alone mean nothing in 2025 as we are now in a trust recession, 💸

See,

Back in 2020 you could just post and hope and clients would come in the door.

The old way was to just be a good coach, hammer DMs, put up polls and questions boxes and get some before and afters ..

Of course every now and then say something like, slots available, taking on clients or I’m looking for 5 people bla bla bla.

It worked well until everyone started doing it.

Particularly after lockdown and so many coaches having monumental success a huge new cohort of coaches flooded the market,

All of a sudden every second person became a coach and was constantly "looking for 5 people"

When that stopped working most mentors told you to bombard people with DMs or run paid ads.

Both terrible strategies for people who don’t have a working business already,

Its because of this flood of coaches we are in a trust recession,

People are sick of being burned and they don’t trust random DMs and strangers ads which is why they don’t work,

The key to success in 2025 and beyond is what building what I call an Influential Identity, 🥷

It is a Personal Brand with an Ability To Influence,

And it is much deeper than just throwing a few ab photos online,

You need to be able to authentically connect and shift peoples beliefs,

You do that by sharing yourself,

What you represent,

What you stand for and against,

How you solve the problems of others,

People need leaders ⚔️

Your ideas, insights and opinions are as much a part of your brand as are your appearance, your style or branding,
