We’re kicking off the new year with a 3-hour intro to ashtanga yoga workshop with at !

* Learn to breathe in a calm and expansive manner
* Experience the fundamental postures of yoga and how they change and deepen over time
* Attune to your body’s alignment
* Align body with intention and action

The workshop will prepare you for
* our regular 5-day a week program

When I started to teach last Ramadan’s pre-Iftar short program on my roof, I had no idea that I would continue to see the same group of students straight to the end of this year. The Ma’Adi mysore sessions have been a real gift and a pleasure to teach, to see a group of people grow in their practice, deepen, becoming more and more dedicated. It’s all a mysore yoga teacher could ask for. I will done, looking forward to 2026 and soon Ramadqn practice with you all.
