I’m a pro player and have been playing tennis since I was 5 years old. I won tournaments in Russia and Spain and now play globally. I work as a coach for children, professional junior players and amateurs and am passionate about how tennis can make us feel better on and off the court!

In tennis, we have a common paradox and misconception regarding powererful shots.

The SERVE

One of the most important elements in tennis. With a stable serve, you will be able to start the point well in your favour.
