Getting injured doesn't mean it's the end of the story unless you become a quitter.. And the real differences between a winner and a loser becomes totally obvious in these situations.

Never thought Diving would be that much interesting to me,
Thanks to for the great experience and the professional diving coaches that helped me alot and taught me alot even about myself in a few days..

30 May 2021 since my last video I stopped my workouts due to severe back injury, started healing enough now that I can start rehab at the same time with physiotherapy sessions,
I'll always be motivated no matter what happens & I know any injuries can be fixed to get back on track by applying the knowledge and science we've on the right way just like we always do with our dear clients who comes with injuries asking if they can get back on track again or it's too late..it's never late, it's always possible as long as you know where to go and who to go to..
Soon I'll be back on track inshallah by the support I'm having from my amazing, well educated Doctor and the support I always have from the team I proudly belong to .egypt
