AAST FITNESS CUP 2025 🏋️♂️
The University Fitness Cup
Under the supervision of the Sports Affairs Department
of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport
In cooperation with GYM NAVY FIT
📍 Date: Sunday, 21/12/2025
📍 Location: Inside the Arab Academy – Port Said
⏰ Time: From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
📌 About the Championship:
The competition consists of a group of exercises at a medium level, suitable for all fitness levels.
The championship is divided into 3 exercises.
📌 Qualification System:
• Exercise 1: Open to all participants
• 15 participants qualify for Exercise 2
• 7 participants (men and women) qualify for the final exercise
📌 Final Results:
• 3 male winners
• 3 female winners
🏆 Prizes:
• 1st Place: 2500 EGP + Certificate & Medal
• 2nd Place: 1500 EGP + Certificate & Medal
• 3rd Place: 1000 EGP + Certificate & Medal
📌 Registration is free for university students with a valid university ID

بالأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والمعلومات
وبالتعاون مع GYM NAVY FIT
📍 يوم الأحد: 21 / 12 / 2025
📍 المكان: داخل الأكاديمية البحرية – بورسعيد
⏰ الوقت: من 10 صباحًا إلى 5 مساءً
📌 البطولة عبارة عن مجموعة من التمرينات للمستوى المتوسط، تناسب جميع المستويات.
📌 البطولة مقسمة إلى 3 تمرينات.
🔹 نظام التأهل:
• التمرين الأول: لكل المشتركين
• يتأهل منه 15 مشترك للتمرين الثاني
• ويتأهل للتمرين النهائي 7 مشتركين من الفئتين (الولاد والبنات)
🔹 في النهاية يكون:
• 3 فائزين من الولاد
• 3 فائزات من البنات
🏆 الجوائز:
• المركز الأول: 2500 ج + شهادة وميدالية
• المركز الثاني: 1500 ج + شهادة وميدالية
• المركز الثالث: 1000 ج + شهادة وميدالية
📌 اشتراك البطولة مجاني فقط بكارنيه الجامعة
