بنبدأ ندور علي فكره لشركتنا يكون creative و السوق محتاجها بدراسه السوق و مشاكله و دراسه العملاء و احتياجاتهم و نشوف المنافسين بتوعنا و نعرف نقاط قوتهم و ضعفهم عشان اقدر اكون منافس ليهم و تكتسح السوق و ابدأ اعمل business plan و احدد الtarget الي عايز اوصله و اشتغل عليه و هدفي ان احقق اقل تكاليف و خساير بمكسب اكبر و افضل محافظ علي .وجودي و انتاجي و اطور من شركتي.
المهارات الي هتتعلمها معانا:
التفكير الابداعي الي تقدر من خلاله تحول الافكار لواقع ، عمل Business analysis لاي فكره project،عمل presentations مميزه لعرض الافكار ، مهارات التحدث و الاقناع لجذب العملاء و المستثمرين.

The Business Team is the mastermind behind any successful project 💡. Our goal is to turn an innovative idea into a real company capable of competing in the market. But how do we do that? 🤔
We start by finding a creative idea for our company that the market truly needs. We do this by studying the market and its problems, understanding the customers and their needs, and analyzing our competitors to identify their strengths and weaknesses. This allows us to become a strong competitor, dominate the market, and build a business plan.
We set our targets, work towards achieving them, and aim to minimize costs and losses while maximizing profits. All while ensuring our presence, productivity, and continuous development to grow our company.
