Problem: When your ankles don't point, .they act like brakes

Your feet create drag and pull your body
Fix: Improve ankle flexibility on land. Stretch daily, point and flex your toes, and build that smooth line from hip to .toe. Flexible ankles lift your whole body
Wrong kicking technique 2
Problem: Kicking from the knees or letting the legs drift out destroys .balance and rhythm
Fix: Turn your legs slightly inward so your knees face gently toward each other. Kick from the hips, keep it small, and let your legs follow your body line, .not fight it
