أكبر سبب بيخلي حركتك بطيئة... مش اللي في بالك 😳كتير من اللاعيبة فاكرين إن السرعة هي أهم حاجة في الملعب.
لكن الحقيقة إن في مواقف كتير، اللي بيفرق مش مين بيجري أسرع... اللي بيفرق هو مين يعرف يغير اتجاهه بسرعة، ويحافظ على توازنه، وياخد القرار الصح في اللحظة المناسبة.

وده اللي بنسميه Agility.

تمارين الـ Agility مش بس بتحسن حركتك، لكنها كمان بتساعدك على:

✅ تغيير الاتجاه بسرعة وثبات.
✅ تحسين سرعة رد الفعل.
✅ زيادة التوازن والتحكم في الجسم.
✅ تقديم أداء أفضل أثناء المنافسات.
✅ تقليل فرص الإصابات الناتجة عن الحركات المفاجئة.

سواء كنت بتلعب كرة قدم أو سلة أو طائرة أو جمباز أو أي رياضة تانية، تطوير الـ Agility هيخليك تتحرك بثقة أكبر، وتستغل سرعتك بشكل أفضل.
