The Sports Section of the Student Activities Department at The British University in Egypt is proud to announce that Yasmine Ahmed Magdy, a student at the Faculty of Art and Design, has achieved 1st place in the final national selection trials to represent the Egyptian National Team at the African Under-21 Championship, which will be held in Algeria in September 2026.

This outstanding achievement has also secured her qualification for the World Championship, scheduled to take place in October 2026 in Poland.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Yasmine on this remarkable accomplishment and wish her the very best as she proudly represents Egypt on both the African and international stages. We are confident that she will continue to make us proud with her dedication, talent, and determination. 🇪🇬🏆

The Sports Section of the Student Activities Department is proud to announce the outstanding achievements of our Athletics Team at the 53rd Egyptian Universities Championship, held at the American University.

Our athletes delivered an exceptional performance, proudly securing two gold medals and one bronze medal, reflecting their dedication, discipline, and competitive spirit:

The Sports Section of the Student Activities Department is proud to announce our achievements at the 53rd Egyptian Universities Squash Championship, which was held at the American University.

Our team delivered an outstanding performance, winning a Gold Medal in the Men’s Individual category by Abdallah Amr, and a Bronze Medal in the Mixed Team category.

This success was achieved by our talented athletes Abdallah Amr, Malek Abu Zahra, and Eiten Ehab. We are proud of our athletes for their commitment, determination, and excellent representation of our university.

The Sports Section of the Student Activities Department is proud to announce our participation in the Egyptian Universities Fins Swimming Championship, which was held at the American University.

We achieved outstanding results, winning one Gold Medal, one Bronze Medal, and an additional Bronze Medal in the 4×100 Mixed Relay. We are extremely proud of our athletes for their dedication, hard work, and remarkable performance, which truly represented our university with excellence.
