🌊 About Sandy’s Scuba Centre – Our Journey So Far
Sandy’s Scuba Centre is preparing to move into its permanent, fixed location in Hurghada this coming September. In the meantime, we’re proud to be acting as promoters for a small group of carefully chosen boat partners – all of whom are fully licensed, insured, and compliant with Egyptian marine safety regulations.
We’re currently in the process of officially registering our company in Egypt and obtaining the necessary tourism and diving licenses to operate independently when we open our permanent base. This legal process is already underway and will be complete in time for our big move later this year.
Over the past four years, we’ve worked in Hurghada and completely fallen in love with the Red Sea and the incredible diving it offers. During that time, we noticed that some local companies don’t place enough importance on safety or customer care – and we knew we wanted to do things differently.
That’s why we’re building a new British-owned diving business that puts safety, professionalism, and passion at the core of everything we do. We’ve launched our social media presence to share that passion with others and to begin offering dive trips on trusted boats with professional teams ahead of our full launch.
We’ve personally vetted each of our partners to ensure they meet the highest safety standards and follow all required legal procedures. The feedback from our early clients has been extremely positive – and we’re so thankful to everyone who’s joined us so far.
