May is a mental health awareness month.
Here are 5 simple, yet unordinary approaches to mental health:

1. Our natural state is well-being, which is regulated independently of external factors.

2. You don't have to forcefully change
your way of thinking to improve your well-being.

3. Even the worst moments, emotional states, anxiety, and frustration, won't last forever, they won't direct
your life endlessly.

4. Our organism is designed as healthy in all aspects, and it always
strives for harmony without
our interference, it self-regulates; mental health works the same.

5. The most important step TODAY is to raise awareness of how our body naturally ensures our mental health,
and how to stop disrupting a perfectly functioning system.

Zdrowie psychiczne brzmi pejoratywnie, niby stan zdrowia, ale słówko 'psychiczne' nadaje ten negatywny wydźwięk. A jeśli podchodzimy do tematu na poważnie to warto pozostać jak najbardziej neutralnym.

Poniżej znajdziesz 5 prostych, lecz diametralnie różnych od trendów, stwierdzeń o zdrowiu mentalnym:

1. Nasz naturalny stan to dobrostan wewnętrzny, który jest regulowany niezależnie od warunków zewnętrznych.

2. Nie musisz na siłę zmieniać swojego sposobu myślenia, żeby Twoje samopoczucie polepszyło się.

3. Nawet najgorsze momenty, stany emocjonalne, niepokój, złość, nie trwają wiecznie, nie będą kierować Tobą do końca życia.

Don't you wish sometimes that there is a magical RESET button and you can just start clean?

Start a new?

Start without being held back by previous experiences, failures, mistakes?...

When I have such thought I know it's time to look closer at what's going on in my life. Not to overanalyze it, but to literally push that button, slow down and check if I am still on the path I want to walk on or I'm lost somewhere off course.

So about a week ago I had an idea that instead of offering my Simply Different New Years Eve edition on board of an incredible boat in the middle of the Red Sea (like I did last year), I will treat myself to my own 3 days transformative immersion of Simple Different program!

I got very excited remembering all my clients who shifted their lives around over and again during the program! They got insights, they got offered great job opportunities, new projects, clarity of their desires and truly unbelieveable "coincidences" started to appear in their lives.

I want the same! I want to uncover my new direction in my business and projects, because that's where I see a bit of stuckness, a bit of stagnancy.

And I don't know any better what to get unstuck than to press RESET button and go back to basics, go back to what is the most beneficial in those moments of worry, uncertainty, stuckness and dissatisfaction.

I want something Different in my life now, and I know it can be discovered Simply!

And there is no better time to do it then NOW!

I felt a bit weird though just to take myself through my own program, but then I shared it with my coach and she said other coaches and online creators actually already do that!

Because we all know how it goes - we rarely have time or we rarely prioritize giving ourselves some attention!

That's why I start A NEW, getting ready for my 3 days transformative immersion of Simply Different that officially begins on 29th of December 2022 on board of a gorgeous boat 😍

Until then I'm going to prepare materials just as I would for any other client 😉🙃

4 Major Obstacles (Part 4)

When we discuss what a person would like to change in their life, I hear a variation of these 4 points...

Check in the posts which one comes up mostly for you when you say:

"I'd like to change THIS ..."

And Number 4️⃣ is ⤵️

"... And I am sure I just have to find The RIGHT WAY to do it!"

And nothing wrong with that sentence, just how we go about it, and where we look for that 'Right Way' brings us more obstacles than clarity and solutions.

We usually have quite fixed mindset about 'how things are done', but problem starts when we keep on trying and it doesn't seem to work. We are getting stuck in the loop of behaviors and results and it feels like nothing moves forward while we put lots of time and effort into change!

Then we either try to push even harder - because we are convinced that our problem is with not enough effort put into it - or we go on a never ending quest to find the mythical Righ Way, the Secret that someone somewhere hid from us and doesn't want to reveal unless we strive and work relentlessly for!

Both approaches are like trying to push the doors designed to be pulled, insisting on pulling the jar cover instead of twisting it, not restarting that laptop that keeps on freezing ...

You can obviously see that it's not working, but you are so convinced that's the right way, you can't step away and actually find something more suitable to the situation!
