May is a mental health awareness month.
Here are 5 simple, yet unordinary approaches to mental health:
1. Our natural state is well-being, which is regulated independently of external factors.
2. You don't have to forcefully change
your way of thinking to improve your well-being.
3. Even the worst moments, emotional states, anxiety, and frustration, won't last forever, they won't direct
your life endlessly.
4. Our organism is designed as healthy in all aspects, and it always
strives for harmony without
our interference, it self-regulates; mental health works the same.
5. The most important step TODAY is to raise awareness of how our body naturally ensures our mental health,
and how to stop disrupting a perfectly functioning system.
