I will be featuring a different artist that is either Palestinian or supports Palestine on our stories everyday. I hope you follow and share their work along with me. Sometimes it easier to digest reality through art. Sometimes it’s easier to hear. May more people hear their sorrow and our plea for a ceasefire. May we collectively find a way to put an end to the suffering of Palestinians. The photo above is of a graffiti in Gaza by artist Banksy.

Thank you and for an amazing weekend workshop! I think everyone came out with a different perspective of how to work with the body, and a lot of eye-opening information about the meridians, fascia & how our bodies function. And of course, the best part was putting it all to practice with very Qi gong and Yin yoga. Yaisa teaches one more yin yoga class this Tuesday at 6pm, and mysore-style Ashtanga yoga classes run every morning 7:30-9:30am until Wednesday. Don’t miss the chance to practice with her before she heads back to Australia!

What an amazing week of Ashtanga yoga practice and workshops with Dylan Bernstein! And what an awesome group of people!!! I’m filled with gratitude to everyone who showed up, and especially to Dylan Isadore Bernstein for coming out here and continuing to inspire, motivate and ground us in this powerful practice. A special thank you to Mysore Zamalek students and Kaz Castillo for joining us and offering a night of Kirtan to end our week together. It was a joy to have you with us! Thank you Visit El Gouna, for your support and for offering such gorgeous spaces to practice. The week was blessed with love & support and we are walking out of it inspired & grateful. 💗🙏🏼

Please join us in an online yoga event brought to you by Dylan Bernstein’s Further! Mentorship Program. This event is donation based and will be led by Dylan along with a group of his current students and former mentorship program students. We aspire to extend the teachings of yoga beyond the mat and into the real world. To receive the zoom link, please make a minimum donation of 200TL to ahbap.org and send back a screenshot in a private message.
