Cairo Poultry Group hiring Quality Assurance Specialist.
Responsibilities:-
Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 45001 requirements.
Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, procedures, SOPs, and records.
Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, HSE, and Operations to ensure compliance and process effectiveness.
Additional Skills
Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and auditing:
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
ISO 22000:2018 – Food Safety Management System
ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System
Certified Lead Auditor is preferred.
Strong knowledge of CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment, HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety.
Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Qualification and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science or agriculture sciences.
Experience: At least 3-5 years in quality assurance field.
Location:- Alexandria or Nobaria residence only.

- Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
