[ Beginner Alignment]

Alignment, alignment, alignment. It's one of the most talked about elements in the archery shot. This exercise is a quick way to show someone what alignment might feel like and why it's important (it makes the shot easier, stronger, more consistent, etc.) Everyone will have slightly different ways of finding alignment or what works for them. One person might look very different from the next! Find what works for you and build on that.

Side note:
I should mention, I kind of disagree with myself when I said "the reason why is because you're using muscles way too much." I really meant the non-optimal alignment forces you to use more strength rather than relying on your body structure. Using muscles isn't a bad thing but in making shots more efficient, good alignment can help.
