For the Safety of our members, members should be following some regulations.

🔴Put on facial masks.

🔴Parents should wear the over shoes.

🔴Members should take off their shoes while training.

🔴Toilet will be for the necessary use and not for changing.

🔴Disinfect your hand with the Alcohol Sanitizer.

🔴Please use the toilet seat covers.

🔴Make sure to wash your hands with soap and water for 20-30 seconds before & after training.

🔴Disinfect the sink and the tap before and after.

🔴Members should apply the social distancing between each other ( 6 feet )

🔴Members are kindly requested to arrive on time and leave after the class to prepare the studio for the next class.

* Wear the over shoes.

We are finally BACK!!

We cannot express how we excited to see you all again soon. We all have passed through hard times for more than 3 months. We are glad to announce that our studio will reopen it doors starting from 1st July. Social Distancing will be applied by having 3 members per class with 6 feet distance from each others with the instructor to avoid crowds in the studio with the following precautions:

* Alcohol Sanitizers will be placed in all the studio and classes starting from the entrance.
* Toilets should be sprayed before and after your use.
* Shoes are kindly requested to be taken off before entering and left in the cupboard.
* Mats should be wiped before and after use with the alcohol sanitizer. You can also bring your own mat.
* Social Distancing will be applied by having 3 members with 6 feet distance from each others with the instructor and to avoid crowds in the studio.
* Bring your own towel and water bottle and don’t share it with others.
* Stay at home if you feel any symptoms and we will surely understand the situation.
* Disinfecting the studio regularly and after each use if needed.
