Ramadan at Rowin hits different 🚣🏻‍♂️🌙✨
Slower sunsets, calmer water, and sessions that move with the rhythm of the month. It’s not about stopping — it’s about flowing gently, staying connected, and honoring your body.

Here’s how we’re rowing through Ramadan together:

🤸🏻‍♀️ Functional Fitness continues pre-iftar with lighter intensity, focused on movement, posture, and staying active without exhaustion.
🏃🏻‍♀️ Our Rowin Running Club is still on — now meeting every Saturday instead of Friday.
🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga sessions will pause during Ramadan — but we’ll keep the care with 2 deep stretch sessions per week (15 min) to help you release, breathe, and reset.
🌙 Fridays will be fully off — a day to rest, reflect, and recharge.

Ramadan is not about losing your routine — it’s about reshaping it with intention, softness, and balance.

We’ll still be here.
On the water. On the mat. On the ground. Together. 🤍
