Is your child a swimmer? Then you need to know these things!

Many people think swimming is 100% safe, but here are some details… However, without proper awareness, your child could experience injuries that hinder their progress or limit their participation instead of making it enjoyable!

👶‍♂️ Common problems children might face while swimming:

▪️ Shoulder pain – from repetitive movements without strengthening.

▪️ Knee pain – very common in swimsuits.

▪️ Muscle strain or fatigue – overexertion.

▪️ Ear infections and inflammation – especially if the child doesn't dry properly after swimming.

🟢 What's your role as a parent?

✔️ Always ask the coach: "How does my child train? Are they doing strength training? Do they warm up before striking?"

✔️ If your child complains of pain, don't ignore it; take them to a doctor.

✔️ Make sure they have all their necessary supplies (towel, earplugs if needed, glasses).

✔️ Remember to start with awareness, not just treatment!

ناس كتير بتفتكر إن رياضة سباحة آمنة 100%
وده تفاصيل…
لكن برضو، لو مفيش وعي المبدع، ممكن ابنك يتعرض لإصابات تعطّله أو تحررّي تعاونه بدل ما يكون ممتع!

👶‍♂️ أشهر الأشهر اللي ممكن يحصل للأطفال في السباحة:

▪️ وجع الكتف – من التكرار وظائف بدون تقوية.
▪️ألم الركبة – متكرر جدًا في ملابس السباحة.
▪️شد عضلي أو مرهق عضلي – ممارسة الرياضة فوق طاقة الطفل.
▪️مياه في الأذن والتهابات – خاصة لو الطفل مش بينشف كويس بعد ممارسة الرياضة.

🟢 دورك كولي أمر؟

✔️ اسأل دايمًا المدرب: "ابني بيتمرن إزاي؟ في تمارين القوة؟ بيعمل إحماء قبل الضرب؟"
✔️ لو ابنك اشتكى من وجع مرة… ما تستهونش، خده يتفحص.
✔️ خلّي معاه أدواته الكاملة (فوطه، سدادات أذن لو محتاج، نظاراتة).
✔️ افتكِر إن تبدأ الاعتراف بالوعي… مش من العلاج!

❤️جسم ابنك هو حاجة حاجة… حافظ عليه، وخلّّي يبقى نعمة مش نقمة.
