Super proud of you my dear Menas 👏💪😍. You are a true inspiration.
Menas did it and achieved the target 🎯 that we have been working out to reach for the past three months. She hiked over several peaks in Sinai mountains during 4 days and covered a total distance of 50 KM. 🤩
When Menas came to me three months ago, she expressed pain in her lower back and knee and was concerned about it but at the same time I felt her determination to reach this goal.
After going through the necessary screening we started building up stability, mobility and strength till the pain was almost gone 🥳. As she progressed and showed consistency we worked on the muscle endurance and cardio respiratory system to make her able to cover this long distance hike without making any compensations 😎.
I believed in her from day one and can’t be happier that she finally achieved her long awaited target.👏
Now let’s get to the second goal “Running her first Half Marathon” in three months. 🏃‍♀️
Because YES dreams do come true 💪🎯

📛 من الأسباب اللي تخليك متكملش فى نظام أكلك الصحي هو الحرمان من كل حاجه بدرجة زياده شويتين تلاته.
نزلت ستوري من شويه و أنا باكل آيس كريم و ناس بعتتلي مستغربه إزاي أكل حاجات زي دي و فى نفس الوقت محافظة على الوزن اللي نزلته 😅. يا جماعه إحنا بني أدمين عادي جدا إن نفسك تهف على حاجه فتاكلها و تكمل نظامك و هتخس بردو. الفكره بس فى كام نقطه 👇👇:
1- إعمل إختيارات ذكية🥸 ، بمعنى إن نفسي فى آيس كريم ناكل بوله واحده و يفضل فى كوباية مش بسكوت و كده السعرات أقل. نفسك فى تشيز كيك مش لازم بصوص عليها، وهكذا
2- مش معنى إنك كلت حاجه حلوه إنك تبوظ اليوم كله 👹، لأ كمل عادي ولا كأن فى حاجه حصلت
3- متقعدش تأنب ضميرك عشان زي ما قولت عادي كلنا بنى أدمين 😍
4- لو قدرت تمشي اليوم ده أو تعمل كارديو يبقى حلو مقددرتش خلاص بردو عادي
5- الرحله محتاجه صبر و عزيمه و دول اللي هيوصلوك بس من غير حرمان جامد يقفلك من الدنيا كلها 😉💪

I love teaching and I adore Personal Training 😍. Combining both of them together is a bonus 💫 that brings joy to my heart ❣.
I really enjoyed delivering a workshop on Program Design to my dear colleagues at . We all shared information 🤓 in an amusing way out of our diversified experience, knowledge and background.

عن إحساس السعاده لما إتقالي "أنا بقيت بتمرن عشان بتبسط بالوقت اللي بقضيه معاكي فى الجيم و بتغيريلي المود حتى لو نفختيني".
لازم المدرب يفصل تماما بين حياته الشخصية أو الضغوط الخارجيه و تمرين اللي معاه. لما التمرين يبقى فيه ضحك و هزار مش قفش و زعيق بيفرق مع الناس قوي. محدش ليه ذنب تمرنه من غير نفس عشان انت مش فى المود أو لأي سبب كان.
خلي الناس تيجلك تتمرن عشان حابه إنها تيجي مش عشان مجبره تيجي و توصل للتارجت و خلاص. اللي نفسه يخس هيخس أسرع لو حب التمرين. إديله إهتمام، حسسه بإن هدفكم واحد و هتنبهر بالنتيجه.

إتشرفت بتقديم محاضره عن أهمية التغذية الصحية للأطفال فى دور الأيتام من خلال جمعية وطنية .
و بحضور مسؤلين عن ٢٢ دار أيتام، إتعرفنا على العناصر الغذائية الأساسية لنمو صحي للأطفال. و توصلنا لطرق ممتعه لتقديم وجبات صحية و إزاي نشتغل على العامل النفسي لتحبيبهم فى الأكل الصحي.
شكرا لجمعية وطنية اللي بيحاولوا دائما رفع مستوى الوعي و تحسين الخدمة اللي بتقدمها دور الرعايه على مستوى الجمهورية.
