Over the past several months, students have worked through a demanding program built around practical learning, coaching discussions, and constantly challenging how we understand movement and help people move better. 🔬

As Elevate continues to grow and offer more classes and services, we’re moving to a credit-based system for our group classes to give you more flexibility when booking.

Your sessions will automatically convert to credits, and you’ll be able to see how many credits each class requires directly in the Elevate Egypt app.

Another step forward for the Elevate coaching team.

Coaches and .gamallll are now Certified FRC® Mobility Specialists (FRCms). The FRC certification is known for its depth and rigor, requiring a strong understanding of joint function, mobility training, and movement mechanics.

Understanding mobility means understanding how the body actually moves. The more our coaches learn, the better we can help our community train stronger, move better, and build bodies that last.

6 Years of Elevate! 🎂

Elevate is turning 6, and we’re celebrating with a special anniversary sohour on Sunday, March 8 at 10:30PM at Mo Bistro, U Venues.

What started as an idea has grown into a real community, and these six years have meant more to us than we can put into words. This milestone isn’t just about time, it’s about the people who’ve shown up, supported, and grown with us along the way.

It truly wouldn’t feel right celebrating this milestone without you there. 💙
