كيفية استخدام vlookup لإظهار البيانات الغير موجودة في جدول البحث
استخدم vlookup مع Choose و iferror كالآتي
=iferror(vlookup(a1, choose({1,2} ,$x$1:$x$100,""),2,false),a1)

حيث نختار العمود الأول في جدول البحث و نضيف إليه عمود خالي كعمود ثاني. تقوم vlookup بإعادة خلية فارغة في حال وجود القيمة في جدول البحث
و تعمل دالة iferror باظهار قيمة a1 إذا كانت غير موجودة بجدوى البحث

سهلة..

Dealing with comma as a decimal point

I had this discussion last week with a friend in Belgium who uses comma as a decimal point. I gave him a sheet that has a TEXT function to trim a long floating number into 3 digit decimal number as follows

A1=1.23456
=text(a1, "0.000") expecting output to be 1.234

On his computer the result was 0,001

I understood that the "locale" is different and I had to change the formula to

=text(a1, "0,000")

Then I decided to make a generic solution:

=iferror(if(value("1,234")=1.234,"0,000","0.000"),"0.000")

Name the cell above LocaleString, then retype the formula to be

=text(a1, Locale String)

Now it works
