Yesterday I completed my 2nd mission up Jabal Mousa (Mt Sinai) in the heat of the day,m. Again I am reminded how much Pilates keeps me mountain ready at all times ~ activated gluts, strong upper back muscles & no knee pain on the way down!

It was also a significant day to be doing this here in Sinai. Taking a moment to reflect on the liberation of the Sinai back to Egypt on October 6 1973, how blessed we are to be living here today & praying for more peace + liberation in our special region of the world.

Whether you live here in Sinai today or are planning to visit soon, you are most welcome at the Sinai Pilates Studio for preparation + recovery for all your adventures including the hike (day / night) to the top of Mt Moses!

Waving my socks in the air with excitement to go next week —— Pilates school that is! 🤍
SPS has been quietly in operation again for the past week but from next week, September 1, bookings are coming in!

The biggest change is that there are no longer regular trio classes. Instead only 1:1s & duos. If you need a let me know & I will pay matchmaker.

All sessions are now organised at times that work for you. There is also a sliding scale for payment as well as a membership still available. Please dm for the info ℹ️.

SPS’s mission: to help humans feel better.

As we reach the final few days of movement in the SPS before the summer break, I would like to share how much joy it has been for me to have welcomed you into this special space over the last few months. It truly is only the beginning & I cannot wait to see what the next season brings for this movement! Whilst I am away, remember to keep marching & to keep hold of that passport between your glutes!!
