What is WATSU?
Water Shiatsu

WATSU is the world's first aquatic body work treating the body as a whole, creating a safe space enough for the one to access every level of their being.

WATSU can be considered as a floating massage, a tool for rehabilitation, a guided meditation to foster mindfulness and resilience, and a mediator of personal and spiritual growth.
