The Public Prosecution issued a statement of termination of the investigation that was filed against Mrs. Christina Nadja Looser and others in Protocol No. 390 of the year 2024. The case was dropped as it was found that the allegations for fraud were false and unfounded.
Documents of the judgment were issued in favor of the company / Mrs. Christina.
The Company has taken legal action and filed a complaint against the accusers, including a claim for the damages caused.

Christina tourism company has successfully completed all legal procedures for the renewal of the company's run time, i.e. another 25 years until 31/3/2050, in accordance with the legal procedures specified by the sixth article of the company's contract.
The company has further undertaken the legal measures for the activation of Article 12 of the company's founding contract.

توضيح ،،،،، تنوه الشركه أن ليس لديها اى اعتراض عن الأسماء الوارده فى اعلام الوراثه وانما نظرا لصدور الحكم بقصور فى الناحية الشكلية تؤدى إلى بطلانه قانونا نتيجه أخطاء فى الشكل فى إجراءات الدعوى ونظرا لحرص الشركه على صحه الشكل فقد تم الطعن على الحكم بالاستئناف وتحدد جلسه لنظر الطعن وهذا إيضاح لتفهم أسباب الطعن بهدف صحه الإجراءات وتلافي الخطأ الذي وقع فيه مقيم الدعوى خالص الشكر كريستينا ناديا لوزر
