Yuppi's real passion is dance and fitness , Yuppi's passion for dancing started in her early teens since 15 years ago by doing salsa dance then get more professional by studying the choreography on the stage with the most professional dancers from Morocco
Then started teaching belly dancing for Foreigners at Hilton hotel for

4 years. Becoming licensed I choreo instructor allowed her to teach what she truly loves to do , as The I choreo combines love of dance and passion for health and fitness all into one class. Additionally Yuppi studied lots of courses in fitness programs, Water aerobics , team building and how to deal with kids as she loves dancing to kids and that's why she chose to be a ZUMBA kids and kids JR licensed , And still she has more to do in the fitness world ��

follow my daily tips to know which time you should eat your favorite food ;-)

الموز ... فاكهة صحية و لذيذة لكن لازم نعرف امتى ناكلها و امتى ماناكلهاش
فى الفترة الصباحية ده افضل وقت .. او يكون الوجبة الثانية اللى مابين الإفطار و الغذاء لأنه بيقوى جهاز المناعة .. و بيحسن خلايا البشرة

كمان افضل وقت لتناول الموز هو قبل التمرين بنصف ساعة لأنه غنى بالبوتاسيوم اللى هايمد الجسم بالطاقة اللى هاتحتاجها اثناء التمرين كمان البوتاسيوم مفيد للاعصاب ووظائف العضلات مما يساعد فى منع تقلص العضلات ( الكرامب ) مما يسهل ممارسة التمرين

و لأنه غنى ايضاً بالكربوهيدرات وهى المصدر الرئيسى للطاقة بالجسم فا من الممكن تناوله بالإفطار كوقود كافى للطاقة و النشاط اللى هاتحتاجهم فى يوم عمل شاق .

غير مستحب تناوله ليلاً

How to Build Muscles without Bulk in only 10 steps ?

Step ( 1 )
-------------- (( Triceps down dog ))
Strengthens: Upper body, biceps, triceps, shoulders

From plank position, bend elbows to lower down as far as you can, then straighten them. Lift your hips up as you push back into Down Dog position, pressing your heels toward the floor. Return to plank. Do entire sequence 10 times.

المهم تاخد بالك ان الكعبين لامسين الأرض و ده هاتقدر تعمله بأنك تحرك ايديك و كأنك بتمشى بيهم خطوة خطوة لورا علشان الكعبين يستقروا على الأرض زى ما هو واضح بالصورة 👌
