🏆 انتصار قانوني جديد أمام محكمة التحكيم الرياضي (CAS)

نجح فريق "سبورتس آند جيستس" بقيادة المستشار إسلام هشام في تحقيق انتصار قانوني جديد لصالح نادي الشرطة العراقي Iraqi alshorta Club ، بعدما قررت (CAS) رفض طلب نادي القوة الجوية للتدخل في قضية بطل الدوري العراقي، مؤيدةً دفوعنا القانونية بعدم وجود أي أساس قانوني سليم لهذا الطلب.

🏆 New Legal Victory before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)

Sports & Justice Law Firm, led by the counsel Mr. Islam Hisham , has achieved another legal victory for Al Shorta Sports Club.

CAS rejected Al Quwa Al Jawiya Club’s request to intervene in the Iraqi League Champion dispute, fully upholding our legal arguments and confirming that the intervention request lacked a valid legal basis.

We sincerely thank the management of Al Shorta SC for their continued trust and look forward to achieving many more successes together.

Sports & Justice Law Firm, dirigé par Me Islam Hisham, avocat international en droit du sport, a remporté une nouvelle victoire juridique au profit de Al Shorta Sports Club.

Le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS) a rejeté la demande d’intervention du Al Quwa Al Jawiya Club dans le litige relatif au champion du championnat irakien, en faisant entièrement droit à nos arguments juridiques et en confirmant que cette demande ne reposait sur aucun fondement juridique valable.
