At first I didn’t want to post this pictures. Simply because I don’t like myself on it. I am overweight, my hair is a mess and not a single trace of make up.

But then I decided to follow the advice on my T-shirt and to have NICE ATTITUDE towards myself
☀️ to switch off my self-criticism
☀️ to turn on my self-appreciation and self-love

This is a reminder to myself: it is OK to be IMPERFECT.
It is ok to love yourself even with these imperfections.
